Speaker: Rakesh Datta, Engineering Leader, Microsoft
Speaker Bio: Rakesh Datta serves as the Engineering Leader for Microsoft’s Identity And Network Access Group, spearheading various networking and security engineering projects, including the recent launch of Microsoft’s Secure Service Edge portfolio. Rakesh also serves as an Advisor in the Board of Cybersecurity Consortium. Rakesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from RCC IIT, India, and an MS in Computer Software Engineering from San Jose State University. With over one and a half decades of industry experience, he has held notable positions such as Principal Engineer at Dell and Technical Leader at CISCO, where he played a key role in architecting cutting-edge network security products spanning cloud security, firewall, ZTNA and other cutting-edge security solutions.
