About the Event

Talk Abstract: The Internet of Vehicles (IoV) is an extension of the Internet of Things (IoT), specifically

designed for vehicular networks. The main goals of IoV are to improve road safety, optimize

traffic flow, and enhance passenger experiences by enabling vehicles to share real-time data,

creating an intelligent transportation system, such as autonomous driving. IoV is highly

vulnerable to cyberattacks, which can target network efficiency and vehicle systems.

Misbehavior detection acts as the first line of defense against such attacks, identifying suspicious
